1. Do I get full support from Marquesa and her team? You are paying for a license, you get support for any zoom platform issues from zoom via Marquesa and her team. You simply send an email and you are all set.
2. In addition, Marquesa provides up to 6-8 hours per month of Office hours, a monthly member news session, quarterly assessments and private office hours. 
3. Once per quarter or more, we provide deep training! 
4. You get instant access to Orientation training.
5. In addition, you get premium access to Zoom support.

Questions related to the upgrading process...

1. Do I have to download all of my recordings before I upgrade with you? NO, it all transfers seamlessly
2. Do I need to download anything? We do recommend you download any reports.
3. How do I switch over? Will I lose my recordings? Good news! You will be upgraded, be sure to provide us the email you use to log into your zoom account and we will add that email, and once you activate you are all set! You may be able to use your new benefits in less than 24 hours!
4. My zoom account was renewed recently or I signed up for a year, what happens once I join my account? Good news, during the switch over, zoom will offer you a refund for any money due, lookout for it. This will happen after signing up once zoom sends you a confirmation link to join Marquesa's zoom VIP account. 
5. Zoom Branding: As a member of Marquesa's enterprise account you can customize your zoom link in the profile section. Here's an example of a customized link: https://speakerpreneur.zoom.us/my/zoomqueen You may have noticed the "speakerpreneur" part, that's Marquesa's zoom branded link. When you sign up, please send a note to the team if you DO NOT want speakerpreneur in your link. Please note, that the word, speakerpreneur, cannot be replaced since this is only for administrators. It will just be zoom and once you sign in to your account - you can customize the last section of your link. TIP: the last section becomes your meeting name, which participants can use to log into your zoom account!
